2. Data we process and purposes

At VOIPMINIC we process the data provided by data subjects for the following purposes:

• Handling enquiries received by telephone, WhatsApp or email, and preparing quotations.
• Managing customers, contracts, service activations, incidents and technical support through our Atentium platform.
• Invoicing, collection and compliance with tax and commercial obligations.
• Recording and transcribing calls to our support line (+34 971 57 49 69), with prior notice, to document requests and improve the service; transcriptions may be generated by artificial-intelligence systems engaged as data processors.
• Providing the contracted electronic communications services and retaining the traffic and location data required by Spanish Law 25/2007 on the retention of electronic communications data.
• Sending commercial communications about our services, only with the user's express consent or within an existing contractual relationship.
• Fleet geolocation (Traccar) and other services provided to businesses: in these cases VOIPMINIC acts as a data processor on behalf of the client company.

3. Legal basis

• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, for the provision of the contracted services.
• Compliance with legal obligations (tax, commercial, telecommunications and data retention).
• Legitimate interest in improving services, network security and fraud prevention.

4. Recipients

Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required. In particular:

• Public authorities, courts and law-enforcement bodies where required by law.
• Wholesale operators and suppliers needed to provide the service (mobile network, indirect fibre, numbering, internet transit), under the corresponding contracts.
• Technology providers acting as data processors (hosting at the Interxion Madrid data centre, backups, transcription and AI assistants), with contractual safeguards. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are made with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

5. Retention

• For as long as the contractual or service relationship lasts.
• Until the data subject requests erasure, where the basis is consent.
• For the statutory periods: traffic and location data, 12 months (Law 25/2007); tax and commercial records, the periods set by law; support call recordings, a maximum of 12 months unless required for a claim.
