Why owning the network matters

When the fibre is ours there is no third-party operator in between: we lay the cable, do the splicing and fix the fault with our own team. VOIPMINIC's fibre networks have been listed in the CNMC Register of Operators since March 2025.

Frequently asked questions

Does your fibre reach my street?

Our own network covers Portocolom and S'Horta. Call or message us with the address and we'll confirm on the spot; if it doesn't reach you, we'll tell you what the alternative is (indirect fibre or radio).

How long does installation take?

Between 3 and 5 working days from sign-up, with installation and router included at no cost on direct fibre.

Is there a minimum term?

Not on direct fibre in Portocolom and S'Horta. On indirect fibre, installation costs €60 or is free with a 12-month minimum term.

What happens if it goes down?

You let us know by phone, WhatsApp or ticket and one of our technicians looks at it; if someone has to go out, it's someone from Manacor, not a subcontractor.
